Midwest Laundries' Return & Exchange Policy

PARTS RETURNS

Parts must be returned to Midwest Laundries within 60 days from the date of purchase. All parts returns require proof of purchase and must be in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed CANNOT be returned.

To return parts please call 773-538-7892 with your order number and the part number of the item you are returning.

All sales on special order items are final. All sales of electronics are final once packaging is open. No special order parts may be returned.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SOAP AND SUPPLY SHOP RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Soap and supply shop items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if still in the original unopened package. You may return the product to Midwest Laundries in-person or via shipping. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event you were sent an incorrect item, please notify Midwest Laundries immediately and we will expedite the correct item to you.

PARTS WARRANTY

Midwest Laundries provides a 1 year warranty on all OEM parts only. Midwest Laundries will replace any defective part within the warranty period. If it is determined that the part failed due to misuse or improper installation customer will incur all part and shipping costs.

REBUILT EQUIPMENT

All sales of rebuilt washers and dryers are final. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their building meets the electrical requirements of the machines that are being purchased.

Midwest Laundries is not responsible for parts or labor costs resulting from improper installation. If you do not have a qualified installer please ask us for a recommendation in your area.

We honor the warranty agreed upon at the time of the sale. Warranty information can be found in the 'Notes' section of your invoice.

NEW EQUIPMENT

All sales of new washers and dryers are final. We stand behind every machine and Midwest Laundries' professional installation. Customers that choose to install their own machinery do so at their own risk and will incur all costs associated with improper installations.

Midwest Laundries will process all manufacturer parts warranty claims. Call 773-538-7892 for all new equipment warranty information and processing.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are final once production begins. Custom orders include steel washer bases and laundry furniture.
